N32G432

The N32G432 series features a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, operating at up to 108MHz, supporting floating-point operations and DSP instructions. It integrates up to 128KB of embedded encrypted Flash memory and 32KB of SRAM. The series includes a variety of high-performance analog peripherals, including a 12-bit 5Msps ADC and a 12-bit 1Msps DAC. It also integrates multiple digital communication interfaces such as U(S)ART, I2C, SPI, USB, and CAN, along with hardware acceleration engines for various cryptographic algorithms.

-      Up to 128KB eFlash, supports encrypted storage, partition management, and data protection with hardware ECC verification, capable of 100,000 erase cycles and retaining data for 10 years.
