The N32G435 series features a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F core with a maximum operating frequency of 108MHz, supporting floating-point operations and DSP instructions. It integrates up to 128KB of embedded encrypted Flash, 32KB of SRAM, and a variety of high-performance analog devices. Additionally, it includes one 12-bit 5Msps ADC, two independent rail-to-rail operational amplifiers, two high-speed comparators, and one 1Msps 12-bit DAC. The series also integrates multiple digital communication interfaces, including U(S)ART, I2C, SPI, USB, and CAN, as well as various hardware acceleration engines for cryptographic algorithms.
