The range hood utilizes a sensorless Field Oriented Control (FOC) algorithm, supporting various control modes such as constant speed, constant torque, and constant power, enabling real-time switching between multiple operating conditions during operation. It supports bidirectional communication between the main control panel and the motor control board, allowing for quick switching of the overall system solution. The range hood also supports OTA functionality, offline identification of inductance and resistance, and comprehensive fault protection, including overvoltage, undervoltage, stall, phase loss, and overcurrent.
Advantages of the N32G05x Chip:
The N32G05x series features a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 core with a maximum operating frequency of 64 MHz. It integrates up to 128 KB of embedded encrypted Flash, 8 KB of data Flash, and 16 KB of SRAM. The series includes a rich set of high-performance analog devices, an internal 12-bit 1 Msps ADC, four rail-to-rail comparators, an 8/12-bit 1 Msps DAC, and can drive up to 256 segments of a Segment LCD. It also integrates multiple digital communication interfaces, including UART, I2C, SPI, and CAN.
