N32G4FR series (Fingerprint Specialized Type) uses a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, with integrated hardware acceleration engines for more than 10 cryptographic algorithms. It integrates large-capacity encrypted Flash memory, supporting secure storage of fingerprint information and compatibility with mainstream semiconductor and optical fingerprint sensors. The MCU also integrates up to 18 digital communication interfaces and 4 analog interfaces.

Main Features

•        Arm® Cortex®-M4F @144MHz, 180DMIPS, with 8KB instruction cache, supports Flash acceleration unit for zero-wait execution.

•        Large-capacity encrypted storage:

-      Up to 512KBytes of eFlash, supports encrypted storage, partition management, and data protection with ECC verification, capable of 100,000 erase cycles and 10 years data retention.

-      144Kbytes of SRAM with hardware parity check.

•        Supports multiple power modes:

-      Standby mode: <3μA

-      Stop2 mode: <5μA

-      Stop0 mode: <120μA

-      Active Run mode: 90μA/MHz @3.3V

•        Fingerprint sensor interfaces:

-      1 DVP interface for optical fingerprint sensors.

•        Supports internal RC or external crystal clock input, with configurable clock output.

-      Supports power-on/reset, power-down/reset, undervoltage reset, and external pin reset.

-      Supports dual watchdog reset and software reset.

•        Supports up to 67 GPIOs.

-      Up to 7 serial ports: 3 USART interfaces (supporting 1xISO7816, 1xIrDA, LIN), and 4 UART interfaces.

•        Built-in calibrated RTC real-time clock, supports leap year and perpetual calendar, alarm events, and periodic wake-up.

•        High-precision timer counters:

-      2 16-bit advanced timer counters, with 6 complementary PWM outputs.

-      4 16-bit general-purpose timer counters, supporting 16 PWM outputs.

-      2 16-bit basic timer counters.

-      2 independent watchdog timers.

•        Hardware-level security features:

-      Hardware-accelerated cryptographic engine.
