N32G032

The N32G032 series adopts the 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, with a maximum operating frequency of 48MHz. It integrates up to 64KB of Flash and 16KB of SRAM. The series includes a 12-bit 1Msps ADC, one operational amplifier (OPAMP), and three comparators (COMP). It also features multiple communication interfaces such as UART, USART, I2C, SPI, and CAN, and has a built-in hardware acceleration engine for cryptographic algorithms.

•        Encrypted Memory:

-       Up to 64KB eFlash, supporting encrypted storage, multi-user partition management, and data protection, with hardware ECC, 100,000 erase/write cycles, 10-year data retention.

-       16KB SRAM, supporting hardware parity check.

•        Low Power Management:

-       Stop Mode: RTC run, maximum 16KB retention SRAM, CPU register retention, all IO retention, 20μs fast wake-up.

-       Power Down Mode: Supports wake-up via 3 IOs.

•        Clock Input: Supports internal RC or external crystal clock input.

•        RTC Real-Time Clock: Supports leap year calendar, alarm events, periodic wake-up, internal/external clock calibration.

•        Buzzers: 2 buzzers, supporting complementary output with up to 16mA drive capability.

•        Hardware Divider and Square Root Accelerator.

•        Timers and Counters:

-       2 16-bit advanced timers, supporting 6 complementary PWM outputs.

-       2 16-bit general-purpose timers, supporting input capture/output compare/PWM output.

-       1 16-bit basic timer.

-       1 16-bit low-power timer.

-       1 24-bit SysTick.

-       1 7-bit window watchdog (WWDG).

-       1 12-bit independent watchdog (IWDG).

-       Built-in hardware acceleration engine for cryptographic algorithms.
