N32G031

The N32G031 series adopts the 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, with a maximum operating frequency of 48MHz. It integrates up to 64KB of Flash and 8KB of SRAM. The series includes a 12-bit 1Msps ADC, one operational amplifier (OPAMP), and one comparator (COMP). It also features multiple communication interfaces such as UART, USART, I2C, and SPI.

-       Up to 64KB eFlash, supports encrypted storage, hardware ECC, 100,000 erase/write cycles, 10-year data retention.

-       8KB SRAM, supports hardware parity check.

•        Low Power Management:

-       Stop Mode: RTC run, retains up to 8KB SRAM, CPU register retention, all IO retention, 20μs fast wake-up.

-       Power Down Mode: Supports wake-up via 3 IOs.

•        Clock Input: Supports internal RC or external crystal clock input.

-       Supports power-on/power-off/external pin reset.

-       Supports watchdog reset.

•        Communication Interfaces:

•        High-speed DMA Controller: Supports 5 channels.

•        RTC Real-Time Clock: Supports leap year calendar, alarm events, periodic wake-up, internal/external clock calibration.

•        Buzzers: 2 buzzers, supporting complementary output with up to 16mA drive capability.

•        Timers and Counters:

-       2 16-bit advanced timers, supporting 6 complementary PWM outputs.

-       1 16-bit general-purpose timer, supporting input capture/output compare/PWM output.

-       1 16-bit basic timer.

-       1 16-bit low-power timer.

-       1 24-bit SysTick.

-       1 7-bit window watchdog (WWDG).

-       1 12-bit independent watchdog (IWDG).

•        Hardware Divider (HDIV) and Square Root Accelerator (SQRT).

-       Supports write protection (WRP), multiple read protection (RDP) levels (L0/L1/L2).
