N32G401

The N32G401 series features a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, with a maximum operating frequency of 72MHz. It supports floating-point operations and DSP instructions, integrating up to 64KB of embedded encrypted Flash memory and 8KB of SRAM. The MCU also includes a variety of high-performance analog peripherals, including a 12-bit 4.2Msps ADC, 3 high-speed comparators, and supports 4 UARTs, 2 I2C interfaces, and 2 SPI/I2S digital communication interfaces.

•        Arm® Cortex®-M4F @72MHz, 90DMIPS, with built-in 1KB instruction cache, supports zero-wait state program execution using Flash acceleration unit.

•        Secure Storage:

-      64KB embedded Flash, supports encrypted storage, 10,000 erase cycles, and data retention for 10 years.

-      8KB embedded SRAM, retains data in Stop2 mode, configurable to retain in Standby mode.

-      Supports leap year calendar, alarm events, periodic wake-up, and calibration with internal and external clocks.

•        Audio Feedback:

-      Includes a buzzer with complementary output and 12mA output driving capability.

•        Timers:

-      2 x 16-bit advanced timers with up to 7.8nS control precision, supports 14 complementary PWM outputs.

-      4 x 16-bit general-purpose timers, supports input capture/output compare/PWM output.

-      1 x 16-bit basic timer.

-      1 x 16-bit low-power timer, supports dual-pulse counting, operable in STOP2 mode.
