The N32L436 series features a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F core operating at up to 108MHz, supporting floating-point operations and DSP instructions. It integrates up to 128KB of embedded encrypted Flash memory and 32KB of SRAM. The series includes a variety of high-performance analog peripherals, including a 12-bit 5Msps ADC, 2 independent rail-to-rail operational amplifiers, 2 high-speed comparators, and a 1Msps 12-bit DAC. It also incorporates a low-power magnetic flow metering module, multiple U(S)ART, I2C, SPI, USB, and CAN digital communication interfaces, Segment LCD drive interface, and hardware acceleration engines for various cryptographic algorithms.
