Z32HUB is a high-performance 32-bit USB KEY security chip with hardware USB2.0 Full Speed, featuring 1 SPI main interface, 1 UART interface, specially customized headphone interface, and rich GPIO. Integrated with 32-bit Arm ® Cortex-M0 high-performance secure core, 16KB external RAM, and 320KB built-in Flash. The chip is equipped with SM1/SM3/SM4 algorithm operation units, a 64 bit public key cryptography engine with 3KB dedicated RAM (ECC/SM2/RSA1024/RSA2048), DES/3DES algorithm operation units, AES algorithm operation units, SHA1/SHA256/SHA384/SHA512 algorithm operation units, and true random number generation circuits. The chip has passed EAL4+ security certification.
