Z32HUA security chip utilizes 32-bit high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M0 safety core, implemented using AMBA multi bus structure. The chip integrates 4KB high-speed cache, 48KB SRAM, 3KB PAERAM, and 512KB Flash. The hardware algorithm co-processor built into the chip provides high-performance DES/3DES, RSA, ECC, SM2, SM1/SM3/SM4, SHA-1/SHA-256/SHA-512 secure algorithms and true random number generators. The chip comes with an AD/DA conversion module and various communication interfaces such as USB 2.0 FS, SPI, 7816, I2C, UART, wired/wireless audio interface, magnetic stripe reading interface, etc. The chip has passed EAL4+ security certification.
