The N32S002 uses a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 core with a maximum operating frequency of 16MHz. It integrates up to 32KB Flash, 6KB SRAM, supports two 16/32-bit timers, integrates an I2C communication interface, and has a built-in hardware acceleration engine for cryptographic algorithms.
