The N32A455 series utilizes a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F core, with a maximum operating frequency of 144 MHz. It supports floating-point operations and DSP instructions. The series integrates up to 512 KB of embedded Flash and 144 KB of SRAM. It includes a variety of high-performance analog devices, with four 12-bit 4.7 Msps ADCs, four independent rail-to-rail operational amplifiers, seven high-speed comparators, and two 1 Msps 12-bit DACs. The N32A455 series also integrates multiple communication interfaces, including U(S)ART, I2C, SPI, QSPI, CAN, and SDIO, and features a built-in cryptographic algorithm hardware acceleration engine. The product has passed the AEC-Q100 automotive certification.

It is a high-performance, multipurpose 32-bit secure chip developed by NSING Technologies for mobile internet identity authentication and IoT security encryption applications, such as electronic banking, e-commerce, and e-government.The chip features a built-in hardware algorithm coprocessor that provides excellent performance for security algorithms such as DES/3DES, AES, SHA, RSA, ECC, as well as national commercial cryptographic algorithms SM1/SM2/SM3/SM4. Additionally, it integrates a 12-bit 1 Msps high-precision SAR ADC, a 10-bit DAC, comparators, an RTC real-time clock, high-performance PWM, USB 2.0 (FS), multiple SPI, UART, I2C, and ISO7816 interfaces. These features enable the chip to easily implement secure authentication solutions for the IoT and mobile internet. The chip has passed EAL5+ security certification.
