Based on a deep understanding of third-generation motor control technology, the N32G033x/N32M0xx series MCUs has achieved multiple breakthroughs in architecture design:
● Performance breakthrough: New bus architecture, significantly improved Flash access efficiency
The N32G033x/N32M0xx series is equipped with a 64MHz operating frequency, 64KB Flash, and 6KB RAM resources, and has excellent performance in actual execution efficiency.

● High integration design, achieving system optimization
- Built in 3-channel OPA, supporting differential amplification, realizing multiple current sampling topologies such as 2+1, 3+0, single resistor, etc.
- OPA feedback resistor network built-in, supports programmable amplification factor, up to 32 times
- Integrated rich reference voltage sources (1.8V, 1/2APCC, 1/4AVCC, 1.2V)

● Enhance encoder support
- Newly defined 32-bit timer, fully supporting ABZ, pulse type, CW/CCW encoders
- Automatic zeroing and detection processing, no software intervention required
- Compatible with high-speed and low-speed motors, high-precision and low-precision encoders
● Smart power consumption management
- Optimize circuit design and control the STOP current at 3uA (typ.)
- Can directly replace zero standby circuit with STOP mode, reducing BOM cost and area
- Flexible power management mode to enhance the endurance of battery powered devices
● Rich module linkage
- 16 triggers (including timer triggers) trigger ADC sampling
- ADC directly samples OPA results, COMP directly detects OPA results
- DMA supports direct flow of 3-channel data streams, reducing CPU intervention

- 1Msps sampling rate, 12-bit conversion accuracy
- 10 conversion result registers to achieve segment management function

The first batch of N32G033x/M0xx series MCUs have 7 enhanced industrial-class models.

And equipped with a complete evaluation boards (STB &EVB) and mature reference designs (hair dryer, power tools, refrigerator, etc.).

5, Comprehensive development ecosystem
The product fully supports software development tools such as KEIL, IAR, and GCC, and provides NS-LINK high-efficiency mass production tools. The development kit software source code, hardware reference design, application notes and other technical documents will be gradually released.
